Assigning Frameworks To Multiple Classes At Once

You can now assign assessment frameworks, or individual subjects, to several classes in one go. This makes setting up a new year or a new framework much quicker. You need Management or Admin access to do this.
Steps
- Click Admin. This takes you to the Assessment Frameworks area.
- Under Manage Options on the left, click Assign Assessment Frameworks.
- Assessment Frameworks box: start typing the name of a framework and select it. Use this box if you want to assign every subject in that framework.
- Subjects box: start typing and select subjects. Use this box if you only want to assign specific subjects or modules from a framework.
- Classes box: start typing the names of the classes you want to assign them to and select each one.
- Click Assign.
Everything you selected is assigned to every class in your selection. You can add as many frameworks, subjects and classes as you need in one go.
Prefer the old way? You can still assign a framework or subjects to a single class by going to Admin > Lists > Classes and clicking Edit next to the class. If you have lots of classes that need the same thing, though, Assign Assessment Frameworks is much faster.
